Testing Systems using Telematics for Library Access for Blind and Visually Handicapped Readers

Project:
TESTLAB was the logical follow-on from the EXLIB project. It set out to test systems for visually impaired users of public and academic libraries. 

Objective:
To establish a standard for systems that allow visually handicapped people to access catalogues and documents in public and academic libraries.
