PULMAN - Public Libraries Mobilising Advanced Networks

Project:
Europe 's public libraries have an important role to play in the implementation of key policies central to the development of e-Europe.

Objective:
To spread strategic initiatives and to support implementation of innovative and relevant new services, thereby strengthening the performance of public libraries in new and progressive roles. 

FORCE's role:
Our responsibility has been the development of a Digital Guideline Manual, advising European public libraries on access and services for physically and sensory/print-handicapped people. You can download the Guidelines here.
