Tunis - Computerised Braille production centre
Funding of a computerised Braille production centre on the premises of the school for the blind in Tunis as part of a joint project with UFA and FISAF. The new equipment replaces an old mechanical Braille printing centre. School staff was trained together with staff from Morocco. The new production centre produces books for the three specialised schools in the country as well as the integrated schools that the majority of Tunesian blind children attend.
