1. Novosibirsk - Workshop for the creation of tactile editions in Siberia
Funding and organisation of a
tactile book production workshop. Participants come from 23
different institutions responsible for education and support for
blind and visually impaired children. The focus is primarily on
tactile books for small children but the institutions involved are
looking into methods to extend the production to include material
for older pupils and university students.

Funding of a new Braille printer for this fast growing regional library.
3. Tver - JAWS for the regional library for the blind
Funding of the screen reading software programme JAWS by means of which this library's services for blind and visually impaired clients can be extended.
